I started Culminate Strategy Group in 2010 because I’d watched the same failure from inside companies of every size, Fortune 500 to scrappy consultancies. Someone at the top would buy a transformation. Someone in IT would build it. And the people in the middle, the ones actually turning strategy into work, were never in the room. The technology got blamed. The people got blamed. The real cause was that nobody was translating between them.
That translation is my craft. I read how people are wired, and I see how data, workflows, and humans fit together as one system. For fifteen years, CSG has used that combination, behavioral science, I/O psychology, and operational discipline, to take the drama out of transformation for enterprises like CDW and manufacturers across the Midwest.
Then AI arrived, and the stakes changed. This isn’t one more system rollout. It’s a redesign of how work itself happens, humans and digital workers on the same team, sometimes on the same org chart. The companies that get this right will pull away from their markets. The ones that don’t will spend millions on tools their people quietly refuse to use.
I’m convinced the difference comes down to one thing: whether you build the delivery system and the human system together. So we built a practice that does exactly that.
