CSG was established in 2010, with a vision to own my future and
believed that other independent professionals share the same desire. I embraced
the independent consultant approach, the impetus for our mission to provide a
personalized, collaborative, engagement style, which traditional firms lack. I
found the conventional cost structure failed to benefit both clients and
consultants, with clients not receiving the best talent for their projects and
consultants experiencing anxiety over downtime.
Today, CSG has cultivated an extensive network of talent encompassing

and process automation experts. We've been fortunate to support substantial
